Our graduate programme offers a clear pathway to becoming a Financial Adviser, empowering you to build a rewarding career while making a real difference in people's lives. With over 620 employees, including more than 240 Independent Financial Advisers, you’ll be part of a team that values excellence, integrity, and your professional growth.

From day one, you’ll receive extensive support. Our comprehensive induction program, continuous on-the-job training, and regular guidance from your 'Graduate Mentor' will ensure that we are with you every step of the way. You’ll gain valuable insights and experience with our operations and paraplanning teams. Over the course of 18 months, you’ll also complete your Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, preparing you for a seamless transition into a Financial Adviser role.

Entry requirements:

  • A recent graduate (2025 or due to graduate in 2026) with a strong academic record (2:1) in any field, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities.
  • Keen to take ownership from an early stage and are committed to providing excellent client service at all times.
  • A strong multitasker with the ability to prioritise your time to studying and working simultaneously.

Please note: you will need to be available week commencing 4th May 2026 for an assessment centre in London.

  • Interview Process: Shortlisted candidates will have an initial call with our Resourcing Partner and then successful candidates will be invited to an assessment centre which will take place week commencing 4th May 2026 in our London office (exact date, TBC at interview stage).
