Fast paced, varied and demanding. Our mortgage administration team work closely with the Mortgage Advisers to ensure that we deliver the best possible service to our clients. We will provide full training on all the supporting functions and systems. The role holder will support Mortgage Advisers and will be the Clients main point of contact for any submitted mortgage and/or protection business The role holder will be responsible for processing business through until completion or on-risk. WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE New Business Liaise with lenders and providers on progress of mortgage applications. Request and upload all required documentation from the Client as required by the lender of provider. Liaise with any 3 rd parties involved in the process. Update Advisers and Clients of progress on outstanding cases. Upload relevant data on to CRM database. Ensure all incoming/outgoing post is distributed and scanned.
