Campions is seeking a Tenancy Progression Coordinator to manage documentation for new tenancies, renewals, and variations, ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and internal policies. You will coordinate progression from offer to move-in, handling references, deposits, and paperwork while maintaining accurate records.
You will work with Lettings Negotiators, Branch Managers and Operations to meet service levels and KPIs, escalating issues as needed.
