Campions is seeking a meticulous Tenancy Progression Coordinator to manage end-to-end progression and tenancy swaps from offer to move-in. This 20-hour-a-week role is based at Tower Bridge, with a pro rata salary of £26,000–£31,000.
You will handle landlord and tenant communications, reference checks, compliance (ID, EPCs, EICRs, AML checks), prepare documents, coordinate move-in dates and handovers, and work with branches and accounts to ensure timely completions.
