Salary: £16,634.54
Hours: 9:00am to 17:30pm (unpaid break of 1 hour) Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (22.5 hours per week). These hours and days may be variable with prior agreement.
We are looking for an Office Administrator who has superior organisation skills and ability to coordinate a busy office efficiently. This role is vital in maintaining the smooth operation of our business, with a focus on sales support and marketing.
Core Responsibilities- Valuation Preparation: Assemble all necessary documentation for property valuations and comprehensive valuation packs.
- Client Communication: Generate instruction letters and property details with accuracy.
- Documentation Follow-Up: Diligently track contracts, anti-money laundering documentation, and property information sheets.
- Sales Support: Handle the administrative side of price adjustments, property withdrawals, and sales progression from offer to completion.
- Marketing Material: Manage the ordering of brochures and tout leaflets as well as oversee the office’s online portal presentation.
- Office Coordination: Help to maintain the office’s appearance and functional upkeep, reporting any property listing discrepancies. Maintain the orderliness of storage areas and manage the recycling process. Oversee the kitchen schedule and maintain the cleanliness of outdoor spaces.
- Supply/Brand Material Management: Oversee the ordering and stocking of office supplies, ensuring the office is well-equipped and presentable. Manage the ordering and distribution of company stationery, including business cards and letterheads.
- Community Engagement: Help to coordinate local events and sponsorships.
- System Support: Address individual IT concerns, including phone and printer troubleshooting.
