Hours: Monday- Friday, 40 hours per week, Hybrid working after settling in period

Location: Little Venice

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for protecting our clients’ assets, delivering exceptional service, and supporting the wider property management team to ensure a high standard of portfolio management. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritise property maintenance issues including urgent matters such as leaks, boiler breakdowns, floods and appliance failures
  • Review and scrutinise contractor quotes to ensure best value for clients
  • Conduct property inspections and provide detailed reports that add value for landlords
  • Negotiate deposit deductions fairly and efficiently within required timeframes
  • Maintain strong knowledge of relevant property legislation and compliance requirements
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional property management services where appropriate
  • Consistently meet and deliver on departmental KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records, notes and documentation within internal systems
  • Provide guidance and support to Consultant/Associate Property Managers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local lettings teams and internal colleagues
  • Attend branch meetings as required and support cross-department collaboration
  • Monitor and support the workload and development of assigned Property Managers
  • Deliver regular feedback and maintain consistent communication with team members
  • Ensure departmental standards and procedures are followed at all times
