The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual from Negotiator through to Associate to join our high-performing Notting Hill office. Operating in one of London’s most iconic and desirable residential markets, this role offers the opportunity to work with exceptional property and a sophisticated client base, including domestic and international buyers. Whether you are an established Negotiator looking to step up, or an experienced Senior/Associate seeking a stronger platform, this position offers genuine scope to progress within a respected Prime Central London brand.

The Role

  • Managing the sale of residential property across Notting Hill and surrounding Prime Central London areas
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and key local contacts
  • Conducting market appraisals and winning instructions (Senior/Associate level)
  • Supporting valuations and developing toward instruction-winning (Negotiator level)
  • Negotiating offers with confidence, professionalism, and strong commercial awareness
  • Driving new business through networking, referrals, and local market knowledge
  • Contributing to a collaborative, high-performance team culture

About You

We are interested in individuals who demonstrate:

  • Experience in residential property sales (level dependent)
