About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Negotiator (or Senior/Associate level) to join our Munster Road office in Fulham. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high-performing team, supporting clients through every stage of their property journey. You will play a key role in connecting buyers and sellers, delivering outstanding service, and driving successful property transactions in a competitive London market.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers
- Understand client needs, budgets, and property requirements
- Provide regular updates and professional guidance throughout the process
- Viewings & Negotiation
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Present properties confidently and respond to buyer queries
- Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
- Sales Progression
- Manage transactions from offer acceptance through to completion
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure smooth progression of all sales files
- Market Awareness
- Stay informed on local market trends and competitor activity
- Use insights to advise clients effectively and support valuations
- Compliance & Administration
- Ensure full compliance with AML, GDPR, and industry regulations
- Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation
About You
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential sales or lettings
- Full UK driving licence (essential for property viewings)
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-focused
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional, resilient, and customer-focused approach
- Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
