We are currently looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to join our property services team. Based at our Euston Head Office, our Property Service Consultants are responsible for driving new business as well as managing and maintaining relationships with our existing clients and customers. This job is suitable for anyone looking to embark on a career in estate agency just not in a front-office Sales or Lettings capacity.
Purpose of the Role
- Drive volume: convert inbound enquiries and cold database leads into Front Office opportunities across sales and lettings.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume dialling and multichannel outreach campaigns.
- Book Market Appraisals and ensure seamless handoff to Front Office.
- Maintain disciplined activity metrics and CRM accuracy.
Core KPIs
- Market Appraisals Booked
- Market Appraisal-to-Instruction conversion rate
- Revenue from opportunities generated
- Activity outputs (calls, emails, SMS, WhatsApp)
