A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our established Tenancy Services team. Based at our Tower Bridge office, we’re looking for someone with bags of energy, who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, 100% of the time.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiating terms between the parties for replacement Tenants and Renewals and providing the relevant advice
- Build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with our lettings teams
- Adhere to department minimum standards relating to time management, workload and file accuracy
- Progressing replacement tenancies and Renewals in a timely manner ensuring documentation is produced to a high standard and completed within required time frames
- Maintain and develop relevant compliance and legislative knowledge
We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated individual with strong organisational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be confident, with excellent and accurate written communication abilities and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. You should be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively, possess a high level of IT proficiency, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. A thorough working knowledge of lettings and tenancy legislation, along with contract requirements, is essential for success in this role.
