About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Property Management Consultant to join our growing Property Management team in Knightsbridge. You’ll manage a portfolio of around 120 properties, acting as the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants. From move‑in to deposit return, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, compliant, and high‑quality experience throughout the tenancy lifecycle. This is a great opportunity for someone with property management experience looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties across London
  • Acting as the first point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Handling maintenance issues from initial report through to resolution
  • Coordinating contractors and overseeing works
  • Conducting regular property visits and preparing detailed reports
  • Managing rent arrears and supporting financial processes
  • Negotiating deposit returns and handling disputes
  • Advising clients on legislation and compliance requirements
  • Working closely with Lettings teams and supporting branch operations
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance service and generate additional revenue

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year’s experience in property management
  • Good understanding of UK property legislation (including Housing Act)
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive, problem‑solving approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confident using CRM and tenancy management systems
