Chestertons is currently seeking a driven, personable, and professional Lettings Negotiator to join our high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities
- As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in connecting landlords with prospective tenants, ensuring a smooth and successful lettings process from start to finish.
- Register applicant interest, arrange viewings, and match tenants with the right properties efficiently and professionally.
- Provide a high standard of service to both landlords and applicants, maintaining strong relationships and a reputation for reliability.
- Understand and manage applicants' needs with attention and care, ensuring a personalised and seamless experience.
- Handle the offer process from negotiation through to agreement, ensuring the best outcomes for all parties involved.
- Work proactively to meet and exceed targets, with a focus on delivering results in a competitive, fast-moving market.
