Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week (Hybrid working once settling in period has been passed)

Chestertons are looking for a highly motivated Lettings Client Accountant to join our busy residential lettings support team based in our Hyde Park office.
Do you have a strong track record of dealing with customers in a fast paced environment? Do you enjoy creating excellent relationships with clients and colleagues? Do you have a strong commitment to delivering a high-quality service?
You will report to our Head of Client Accounts & Client Accounts Manager.
Responsibilities:- Daily raising of rent and fee demands
- Daily allocation of tenant receipts to outstanding demands
- Processing new tenancies on the system
- Processing deposit releases
- Chasing Tenant rent arrears
- Handling a portfolio and being a designated point of contact
- Liaising with our Landlords and Tenants on a daily basis whilst maintaining strong client relationships and building trust
- Providing support to other departments and front office lettings branches on a daily basis
- Understanding of overseas landlord tax
- Investigating queries then taking relevant action
- Ensuring all tasks are performed in a timely and accurate manner in line with the department standards
- Reapit software (RPS) experience preferable
- Experience working in the industry/ client accounting preferable
- Excellent attention to detail
