Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10am - 4pm)

Salary: £22,000 with additional earning potential through our highly lucrative commission scheme

Responsibilities

  • As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in connecting buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for both parties.

  • Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings for interested buyers, providing detailed information and addressing any questions or concerns.

  • Sales Progression: Manage the sales process from offer acceptance to completion, liaising with relevant parties for a smooth transaction.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to advise clients accurately.
