Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator / Associate

Covent Garden, London
Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (10:00am – 4:00pm)
Salary
£18,000–£22,000 basic salary, with uncapped commission offering excellent earning potential.
Travel or Car Allowance
Depending on your level, you'll receive either a £2,500 annual travel allowance or a £5,000 annual car allowance.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll help connect landlords with the right tenants while delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first enquiry through to a successful let.
Responsibilities
- Registering new applicants and understanding their property requirements.
- Matching applicants with suitable properties and arranging viewings.
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout every stage of the lettings journey.
- Managing offers, negotiating terms, and progressing deals through to completion.
- Keeping clients informed with clear, proactive communication.
- Identifying opportunities to generate new business and grow your portfolio.
- Working towards and exceeding individual and team performance targets.
- Maintaining accurate records using our CRM systems and ensuring compliance with company processes.
