This role is not suitable for ECTs or recently qualified teachers. We are looking for experienced teachers with proven impact. Applicants for the Year Group Leader responsibility should demonstrate strong classroom practice, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, support and inspire colleagues within a year group team.
