Chase & Holland are excited to be partnering with an award-winning technology company, who are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their team on a temp to perm basis. As Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the finance function across the US and UK entities.

As the Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Matching, checking and authorising invoices on the system
- Collating expense reports and checking receipts
- Entering invoices for both US and UK entities as required
- Setting up new bank templates and assisting in weekly payment runs
- Assisting with the monthly payroll, ensuring all month end reports are produced and reconciled
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Monthly reconciliation of key control accounts including all bank reconciliations
- Responsible for review of Aged Creditors and ensure missing invoices are chased, statements are reconciled, and payments allocated correctly
- Assisting with annual budgeting process
- Working as an integral part of the annual audit
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Raising sales invoices and ensuring the correct reports/information are sent to each customer
- Credit Control across the US and UK
Skills & Experience you require:
- Part or fully qualified AAT, with good all-round experience in a finance function
- Ability to organise workload and prioritise to maximum effect
- Willingness to take on a variety of duties as required
- Experience of managing payment runs across multiple entities and multicurrency
- IT literate including excel
- Proactive with a positive can-do attitude
