Chase and Holland is recruiting a hands-on HSEQ Manager (Quality Biased) for our Retford site.
You will develop quality standards, embed quality into daily production and work closely with Production, Operations and Engineering to drive continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead root cause investigations, manage the Quality Management System (ISO9001), support audits and coach shopfloor teams to reduce defects and waste.
