Chase & Holland are recruiting for a Proposition Analyst to join a UK-wide financial services organisation. This fully remote role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, a proactive attitude, and an interest in data analysis, commercial insight, and project support. Full training will be provided.

Proposition Analyst Responsibilities:
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity, providing recommendations.
- Produce weekly market updates and maintain proposition documentation.
- Monitor client and internal feedback, preparing summary reports.
- Support governance packs, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional projects.
- Analyse Snowflake data, prepare reports, and manage client mail merges.
- Develop project management skills and present insights to stakeholders.
- Contribute ideas to improve client experience, processes, and business performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyse data and communicate insights clearly.
- Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise workload.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of AI tools is desirable but not essential.
