A fantastic opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Internal Sales Administrator has become available with one of our successful, growing key clients in the Hull area. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a confident and organised individual to join their sales function in this key role. The role is focused on generating sales via quotations and targeting existing clients, cross selling Medical Division products and services. The successful candidate will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to be proactive and driven.

Medical Internal Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
Inputting, pricing and returning of quotations
Liaise with customers to convert quotations into confirmed orders
Collaborate within the sales team to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
Support Account Managers and Sales Representatives in promoting the company’s medical services
Generate new business leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Work with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure successful fulfilment of orders and maintain customer satisfaction
Attend customer visits, meetings, and trade shows as needed to represent the company and strengthen relationships
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in sales order administration or customer service roles
Highly organised and methodical
Able to work well under time pressure and manage tight deadlines
Confident in communication, both with customers and internally across warehouse and operations teams
Flexible, proactive, dedicated, and willing to go the extra mile when needed
Dedicated, accurate, and reliable with excellent attention to detail
Technically competent across Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel
