A fantastic opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Medical Administrator has become available with one of our successful, growing key clients in the Hull area. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a confident and organised individual to join their friendly function in this key role. The role is focused on processing medical orders through accurate picking, packing, and dispatch. The successful candidate will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to be proactive and driven.

Medical Administrator Responsibilities:
- Accurately receiving, inspecting, and storing medical products, ensuring quality and compliance with expiry and temperature standards
- Picking, assembling and dispatching orders efficiently, maintaining high accuracy and presentation standards
- Managing returns of damaged or short-dated stock and secured supplier credits
- Coordinating courier deliveries to ensure timely and reliable customer service
- Maintaining accurate records, DSS data, and administrative documentation in line with SOPs and GDP guidelines
- Sorting and preparing expired medicines for safe disposal
- Preparing medical quotations and liaising with internal teams to meet customer requirements and margin targets
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in sales order administration or customer service roles ideally with Medical
- Highly organised and methodical
- Able to work well under time pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Confident in communication, both with customers and internally across warehouse and operations teams
- Flexible, proactive, dedicated, and willing to go the extra mile when needed
- Dedicated, accurate, and reliable with excellent attention to detail
- Technically competent across Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Training will be given
