Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a fast growing business in North Lincolnshire who are seeking a proactive Management Accountant to join their team. You will assist in the production of the weekly and monthly accounts, stock reporting and prepare KPI reporting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual wanting to join a successful fast paced growing business. Responsibilities

  • Preparation of weekly and periodic accounts in line with reporting timetable
  • Variance analysis to budget/forecast/prior year
  • Provide commentary to the business to support accounts schedules
  • Production of periodic KPIs and reporting packs
  • Ownership of capital accounting and fixed asset register(s)
  • Completion of accurate and timely Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting policies/standards and that company policies are followed
  • Completion of statutory reporting such as ONS and CIS returns
  • Support preparation of year-end accounts and audit requirements
  • Ad-hoc management and statutory reporting as required

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar management accounts role
  • Driven individual who is a qualified or later stages part qualified accountant
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the business
  • Strong reconciliation and analysis skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage own workload
  • Ability to multitask in a changing environment
  • Must be computer literate including on excel
