We’re working with an established and successful business in Lincoln that is looking for a talented Internal Sales to join its growing sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys selling, building relationships and working towards targets, but doesn't want to feel like they’re working in a faceless call centre.

You’ll join an established team, receive full product training, work closely with experienced Field Sales colleagues and have the opportunity to earn a strong additional commission based on the team’s success.

Benefits:

  • You’ll be joining a small, established team of eight, rather than disappearing into a huge sales floor with genuine career progression
  • Fantastic, uncapped commission
  • Working hours are shifts between 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks.

Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with existing customers and new prospects
  • Making proactive outbound sales calls (warm calls only)
  • Handling inbound enquiries by phone, email and website
  • Identifying sales opportunities and developing your territory
  • Producing and managing customer quotations
  • Processing orders
  • Working closely with your Field Sales Partner
  • Liaising with other departments to deliver a great customer experience

You’ll work alongside a Field Sales Partner to develop your sales territory and maximise its potential. That means speaking regularly with existing customers while also identifying and developing new opportunities.
