We are working with a well-established manufacturer, distributor and installer within the home improvement sector to recruit an Installations Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced installations professional to take ownership of the end-to-end installation process, supporting installation teams and coordinators while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely and to a high standard.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will oversee active projects, provide technical support, resolve site issues and customer queries, and identify opportunities to improve departmental efficiency. The role will suit a hands-on individual with strong fenestration and construction knowledge who is comfortable combining people management, technical expertise and operational oversight.

Package:

  • £40,000 - £50,000 salary, dependent on experience

  • Manage the Installation Coordinators and oversee the day-to-day installation function
