We are proud to be partnering with a fast growing, PE backed market leading business in Scunthorpe to recruit a dynamic, technically strong, commercially minded Group Financial Reporting Manager, to support with their growth journey. The successful candidate will contribute by taking ownership of consolidated group reporting, support strategic decision-making, and driving financial excellence across the group as they scale. Group Financial Reporting Manager Responsibilities:
- Direct supervision of a strong team of 3, Management accountant, FBP & Business Intelligence
- Review (& appetite to ‘roll sleeves up’ in production) of monthly group accounts, including variance analysis, board pack and commentary for executive and private equity board
- As above for monthly management information for group businesses
- Responsibility for statutory audit
- Budgeting / forecasting alongside operational stakeholders, gaining buy-in from key stakeholders and presenting to board
