Chase & Holland are supporting a growing, complex UK operation business in recruiting a Finance Analyst to join their finance function on a 12-month basis. This is a broad, hands-on role offering excellent exposure across management accounting, reporting, balance sheet control and operational finance.
Reporting into the Accounting Manager, you’ll support multiple areas of the finance function and work closely with both site-based teams and the wider UK finance organisation. This is a varied opportunity suited to someone who enjoys getting into the detail while building a strong understanding of how finance supports operations.

Finance Analyst/Management Accountant Responsibilities:
- Supporting management accounting and reporting activities across the UK business
- Balance sheet reconciliations and ownership of key general ledger accounts
- Stock and inventory reconciliations across multiple UK locations
- Preparation and posting of journals
- Month-end close and reporting support
- Reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts
- Supporting wider finance and corporate projects
- Liaising with the London finance team on ad-hoc queries
Required Skills & Experience:
- A strong accounting and analytical background
- Experience in a varied finance or management accounting role
- Good understanding of month-end processes
- Strong IT skills; SAP experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and strong attention to detail
