Chief Finance Officer – North Lincolnshire – Up to £105,200 & Package Chase & Holland are delighted to be working with a very well established, successful and forward thinking North Lincolnshire based, service sector business who are looking to recruit a dynamic CFO. This role will suit a passionate, driven individual with a strategic mindset and a gravitas and technical capability to undertake this Chief Finance Officer position. You will play a critical role in business transformation, new opportunities for funding, diversifying income streams and play a key role in the investment and commercial strategy. This role will support and challenge the Chief Executive, be a board level appointment and also offers a unique opportunity to make a profound impact.   Chief Finance Officer responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of the group’s financial strategy. Advise the CEO and Board on financial planning, investment, compliance and risk. Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across all colleges in the group. Lead on risk management, identifying financial risks and opportunities, and ensuring robust mitigation strategies. Provide strategic oversight of catering operations ensuring they are financially sustainable, compliant, and aligned with student and staff needs. Engage with external stakeholders including funding bodies, auditors, and regulators. Provide leadership to the finance team, ensuring high standards of financial performance. Support strategic initiatives such as capital projects, mergers, expansion with financial insight. Ensure that budgets are effectively managed on a monthly/annual basis  Key requirements and preferences: The right person will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with the ability to lead by example and demonstrate a track record in setting business objectives and converting long term objectives into actions.
