Part Time Purchase Ledger Assistant – Scunthorpe – £27,000 (FTE)
Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a fast-paced technology business to recruit an experienced Part Time Purchase Ledger Assistant, to join their team for 30 hours a week. As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will be responsible for processing all supplier invoices and working closely with the Operations team to ensure all goods are correctly booked in and matched to the relevant purchase orders. This will ensure that invoices are processed promptly and coded correctly for reporting purposes.

Part Time Purchase Ledger Assistant Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate processing and matching of all supplier invoices
- Accurate maintenance of Purchase Ledger records, including reviewing and reconciling supplier statements
- Effective communication with suppliers, both in the UK and internationally
- Ownership of resolving supplier queries through proactive engagement with relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring all returned goods are correctly credited by suppliers and that no queried invoices are released
