As the organisation continues to grow, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Purchase Ledger Controller to join the Finance team.

As Purchase Ledger Controller, you will take ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, payments and reconciliations across multiple business entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable function across multiple business entities
  • Match invoices to purchase orders, stock receipts and project codes, ensuring appropriate approvals and compliance
  • Maintain supplier accounts, including reconciliations, aged balances, supplier master data and resolving queries
  • Process payments accurately and on time
