We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join a market leading, dynamic SME group. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role within a growing business, supporting financial performance and influencing decision-making across multiple operating units.
Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and continuous improvement across finance processes. You’ll also have the opportunity to supervise and develop team members, making this a great step for someone looking to progress their career.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and fixed asset register
- Lead the month-end close process, including journals, accruals, and variance analysis
- Deliver meaningful financial insights, including sales and profitability analysis across divisions, brands, and projects
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Manage and monitor stock across multiple locations, supporting stock takes and reconciliation
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business, translating financial data into actionable insights
