Chase & Holland are proud to be working exclusively with a Lincolnshire based, forward-thinking, not for profit business who are currently seeking a competent and experienced HR Advisor to join their bright and friendly team.

As a confident and knowledgeable HR Advisor you’ll be a key member of the HR team providing effective advice and guidance with regards to employment within the organisation and the HR policies and procedures. Leading on assigned ER cases you’ll drive the process, ensuring it is completed within suitable timeframes, whilst supporting and advising line managers on these matters.

HR Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Coaching managers by providing effective advice and guidance on how to fairly manage their staff ensuring this is in line with the organisation’s values, good practice and employment law
  • Providing a dedicated approach to managing an ER case load from commencement to conclusion
  • Supporting across all areas of the HR team to ensure effective outcomes
  • Contributing towards the development of the HR policies, practices and procedures within the organisation, inclusive of review, planning, implementation and consistent application
  • Participating in the initiatives which will contribute towards improvements across the organisation
  • Producing management information and data from the HR systems and other management systems for reporting purposes
  • Assisting with induction and other development programmes, presentations and training delivery
  • Analysing and interpreting data to identify patterns, trends and potential actions, ensuring continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience:

  • CIPD desired but not essential
  • Relevant Level 3 qualification
  • Experience within a similar role and use of HR systems
  • Ability to assist in or lead the process of concluding casework
  • Ability to build working relationships with stakeholders
