In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing across weekly and monthly cycles for 700+ employees. What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the full spectrum of payroll activities, from routine tasks to more complex calculations
  • Processing starters, leavers, SSP, SMP, holiday pay and carrying out HMRC submissions
  • Overseeing overtime, shift allowances and ensuring compliance with NMW and statutory legislation
  • Administering pension auto-enrolment and ensuring all processes are followed
