Accounts Assistant - Grimsby - c£28,000
Chase & Holland are working exclusively with a well-established group of companies in Grimsby, who are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to support the Finance Team. Accounts Assistant key responsibilities:
- Input supplier invoices and reconcile statements
- Pay suppliers, including regular payment runs
- Reviewing aged creditors
- Raising and processing bank payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with month end accounting tasks
- Managing accounts queries
- Assisting the senior finance team in preparation of monthly management accounts
Requirements:
- Experience working in a similar varied accounts role
- Excellent communication skill both written and verbal
- Highly computer literate including Excel
- Team player and ability to work in a close-knit team
- Strong organisational skills
