We are keen to speak to experienced, proactive and driven Finance Business Partners who are looking for an exciting opportunity to develop a career with a well-respected business in North Lincolnshire. We are pleased to be exclusively recruiting for our exceptional, fast growing SME client, where you will become part of a small enthusiastic and passionate team reporting into the Head of Finance.
It is vital that you have a passion for business partnering, as you will support the Senior Commercial and Operational Teams through providing operational, commercial and financial data to give insight, drive awareness and business performance. You will develop solid costing processes, controls and reporting, utilising newly implemented ERP and BI tools to evolve management information, and support and drive change to help increase competitiveness and value throughout the business.

The Finance Business Partner role will involve a wide variety of tasks including:
- Analysing Financial, Operational and Commercial data to assess and challenge business performance and assist in decision making
- Business partner the Operational and Sales teams, supporting with new business development, factory performance and commercial pricing
- Evolve and embed recently implemented standard costing methodology, throughout the organisation
- Own the monthly forecasting process, taking a lead in process improvements
- Lead, drive and support various business improvement projects, including being the financial support to various operational or customer facing projects
- Lead change management, finance led initiatives and project delivery
- Partnering key stakeholders, evolve management reporting utilising newly implemented ERP and BI reporting tools
- Assist and guide activities ranging from new business development, commercial tenders and commercial pricing, planning and forecasting
The ideal candidate:
- Actively studying later stages CIMA/ACCA or recently qualified
- Driven individual with a passion to develop a career within a dynamic, fast paced business
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Have experience and understanding of process manufacturing and standard costing methodology
- Solid background and passion for business partnering with operational and commercial teams
- Inquisitive mentality and a drive to improve, get involved and make things happen
- Collaborative approach, able to interact and influence internal and external stakeholders
