Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a successful, fast-growing group who are currently seeking a capable and motivated Finance Assistant to join their team on an initial three-month temporary contract, with the possibility of the role becoming longer term fixed-term or permanent. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build on their finance experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Finance Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Processing the daily invoice run
  • Raising purchase orders in the finance system
  • Managing credit control, including invoice queries and corrections
  • Carrying out credit checks and issuing customer account forms
  • Completing monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Creating and maintaining customer accounts
  • Providing general administrative support to the Finance Manager

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Varied accounts experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • IT skills including Excel and Word
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
