Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a fast‑growing business in North Lincolnshire who are seeking a proactive Management Accountant to join their team. You will assist in the production of the weekly and monthly accounts, stock reporting, and prepare KPI reporting. Management Accountant Responsibilities:
- Preparation of weekly and periodic accounts in line with reporting timetable
- Variance analysis to budget/forecast/prior year
- Provide commentary to the business to support accounts schedules
- Production of periodic KPIs and reporting packs
- Ownership of capital accounting and fixed asset register(s)
- Completion of accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting policies/standards and that company policies are followed
- Completion of statutory reporting such as ONS and CIS returns
- Support preparation of year‑end accounts and audit requirements
- Ad‑hoc management and statutory reporting as required
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar management accounts role
- Driven individual who is a qualified or later stages part‑qualified accountant
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the business
- Strong reconciliation and analysis skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage own workload
- Ability to multitask in a changing environment
- Must be computer literate including on Excel
