Role Description

This is a remote role for a Holiday Booking Agent. The Holiday Booking Agent will be responsible for booking and coordinating cruise travel for clients, including researching and recommending destinations, arranging transportation and accommodation, and providing detailed itineraries. They will also handle client inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure all travel requirements are met.
