We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to lead operations across our Independent Schools portfolio in the South West region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about exceptional food and service.
As Regional Manager, you will:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to a portfolio of Independent School contracts.
- Drive operational excellence and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and service standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of General Managers to achieve business objectives and growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring contractual compliance and exceeding expectations.
- Manage financial performance, budgets, and commercial targets across your region.
- Champion health, safety, and food compliance across all sites.
- Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives to support our corporate responsibility goals.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Proven experience in a senior multi-site operational management role within catering, hospitality, or contract services.
