Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare delicious, high‑quality food that delights our clients and customers
- Identify opportunities to improve our food service
- Create a positive kitchen environment where team members feel welcomed and supported
- Support the team in delivering tasty food concepts to our customers
- Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
- Assist with ordering food, stock control and controlling food waste
- Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
- Support the team to manage budgets and successfully meet financial targets
- Comply with Food Handling and Hygiene standards
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations
