We’re hiring a dedicated Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations at Chartwells on a part‑time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.
About the Role
As a Supervisor, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work, support a positive team environment, and ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
- Supervise a team, creating a positive environment where the team feels welcomed and supported.
- Serve as a responsible key holder.
- Assist with weekly bookkeeping and any other duties that are necessary.
- Produce weekly rota schedules following the manager’s guidelines.
- Place orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels.
- Delegate where necessary and ensure the team is proactive at all times.
- Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
Ideal Supervisor
- Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment.
- Good communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service.
