We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our professional hospitality kitchen, producing exceptional food for high-end events and corporate hospitality. This role is ideal for a chef with experience in events catering, particularly preparing canapés, bowl food, and bespoke hospitality menus, rather than traditional restaurant-style plated service.

What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing and delivering high-quality canapés, bowl food, and bespoke hospitality menus for a variety of events.
  • Taking ownership of your section and ensuring smooth, efficient service during busy event preparation.
  • Working closely with a skilled kitchen team to consistently deliver exceptional food presentation and quality.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a confident Commis Chef ready to take the next step.
  • Experience in events or hospitality catering, with a strong background in canapés, bowl food, and high-volume hospitality service.
  • Reliable, organised, and comfortable with early starts.
