Ex Ce L London is seeking a highly organised and proactive Logistics Warehouse Manager to join our dedicated operations team at one of the UK’s leading international exhibition and events venues.

Working Hours

This role requires flexibility to support a diverse programme of events throughout the year.

Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays depending on event schedules and operational requirements.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all warehouse and logistics operations across the venue.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, stock control, and distribution of goods and equipment.
  • Ensure efficient inventory management and accurate stock records.
  • Coordinate deliveries and collections with internal departments, contractors, exhibitors, and suppliers.
  • Manage and develop warehouse staff, ensuring performance, engagement, and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and security within all warehouse and logistics areas.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all equipment and materials are stored safely and efficiently.
  • Support event build‑up, live event operations, and breakdown activities.
  • Manage logistics planning to ensure resources are allocated effectively across multiple events.
  • Produce reports, maintain operational records, and support budget management where required.

To be successful in this role, you will need

  • Previous experience in a Logistics Manager, Warehouse Manager, or similar leadership position.
  • Experience working within large‑scale venues, events, hospitality, distribution, or logistics environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
  • Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Proven experience leading, motivating, and developing teams.
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high operational standards.
  • Forklift certification or other relevant logistics qualifications would be advantageous.
