We're recruiting Hospitality Supervisors to lead high-energy teams across VIP hospitality, bars, restaurants, and premium event spaces throughout the upcoming season. Fixture release date is June 25th. This is a flexible, event-based role - you choose the shifts that work for you! Want more variety? Opportunities are also available at venues across Cardiff City Stadium and beyond.

The Role

  • You'll be a key on-the-ground leader, making sure every guest experience runs smoothly from gates open to final whistle!
  • Leading teams during match days, concerts, and private events
  • Managing busy bars, restaurants, and hospitality areas
  • Delivering confident pre-shift briefings and motivating your team to be the best!
  • Delegating tasks to keep service running seamlessly
  • Supporting, coaching, and developing team members
  • Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally
  • Maintaining clear communication across teams and departments
  • Completing electronic paperwork and checks efficiently

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality, events, hotels, or restaurants
