We’re recruiting friendly, reliable and hardworking Waiters & Waitresses to join our team and work across a range of exciting venues and events

Whether you’re looking for occasional shifts, regular work, evening shifts, daytime shifts or weekend work, we have opportunities to suit different availability and shift patterns

THE ROLE

As a Waiter / Waitress, you’ll play an important part in creating a great experience for every guest.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional service
• Taking food and drink orders accurately
• Serving food and beverages efficiently and confidently
• Setting, clearing and resetting tables
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude throughout each shift
• Communicating clearly with guests and venue staff
• Paying attention to guest needs and responding promptly to requests
• Keeping tables, service areas and workspaces clean and presentable
• Handling payments where required
• Working as part of a busy and professional hospitality team
• Remaining calm, organised and efficient during busy service periods
• Following venue procedures, food safety requirements and health & safety guidelines

Previous waiting or hospitality experience is preferred, but attitude, reliability and a willingness to work hard are equally important.

Multiple venues across Bristol, with different locations and shift requirements depending on the booking
