Constellation Platinum is seeking experienced Fine Dining Waiters to deliver five-star service in premium suites and restaurants at Old Trafford, the home of Manchester United.

You'll play a key role in delivering seamless, high-end hospitality across the stadium's premium hospitality spaces on matchdays, creating exceptional experiences for guests in one of football's most iconic venues.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional fine dining and silver service to VIP guests, corporate clients and premium hospitality customers.
  • Provide polished, attentive table service throughout each guest's dining experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest hospitality standards.
  • Confidently present menus, serve food and beverages, and deliver multi-course dining with precision and professionalism.
  • Present, open and serve wines in accordance with fine dining service standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond proactively to requests, and create memorable hospitality experiences.
  • Maintain immaculate table presentation, venue standards and attention to detail at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider front-of-house team to deliver seamless service throughout Manchester United home fixtures.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 12 months' experience within a fine dining, silver service or premium hospitality environment.

Previous experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, private members' clubs or premium event hospitality is highly desirable.

A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with confidence, warmth and professionalism.

Outstanding presentation, communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

The ability to remain calm, organised and composed while delivering high standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Excellent knowledge of fine dining etiquette, food service and wine service, or a strong willingness to further develop these skills.

A reliable, punctual and flexible approach, with the commitment to work the majority of Manchester United home fixtures throughout the season.
