We’re recruiting Hospitality Supervisors to lead high-energy teams across VIP hospitality, bars, restaurants, and premium event spaces throughout the upcoming season. Fixture release date is June 25th. This is a flexible, event-based role — you choose the shifts that work for you! Want more variety? Opportunities are also available at venues across Cardiff City Stadium and beyond.
The Role
- You’ll be a key on-the-ground leader, making sure every guest experience runs smoothly from gates open to final whistle!
- Leading teams during match days, concerts, and private events
- Managing busy bars, restaurants, and hospitality areas
- Delivering confident pre-shift briefings and motivating your team to be the best!
- Delegating tasks to keep service running seamlessly
- Supporting, coaching, and developing team members
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally
- Maintaining clear communication across teams and departments
- Completing electronic paperwork and checks efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality, events, hotels, or restaurants
- Calm, confident leadership in high-pressure environments
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
