We’re looking for a hands‑on and personable Chef Manager! You’ll lead from the front, overseeing both the kitchen and overall operation, ensuring high standards of food, service, and client satisfaction. What you’ll be doing as Chef Manager:
- Delivering high‑quality food and service standards consistently

- Driving retail and hospitality performance to increase revenue

What you’ll need to succeed as Chef Manager:
- Experience as a Chef Manager, Head Chef, or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up

- Strong financial and commercial awareness
- Ability to manage and develop a team in a supportive environment
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
- Good understanding of health, safety, and food safety compliance
