We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Store Manager to lead our Tower Deli—a welcoming, fast-paced retail café at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital. This is a brilliant opportunity to run a small but busy store featuring a Proud to Serve Costa coffee offer alongside a fresh range of hot and cold food, sandwiches, and grab-and-go options. Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver warm, friendly, and efficient service.
- Take ownership of day-to-day store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Deliver an excellent coffee and food experience, maintaining Costa and food quality standards.
- Ensure the store is always clean, safe, and compliant with food hygiene and health & safety.
- Manage stock, ordering, and waste control to keep the offer fresh and profitable.
- Drive sales by keeping products well-presented and available at all times.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve queries to ensure a positive experience for every visitor.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and team engagement.
