DP World is seeking an experienced and driven Executive Chef to lead culinary operations at our Stanford-le-Hope site. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior chef with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering exceptional food and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and deliver innovative menus while maintaining consistently high standards of cooking and presentation
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and compliance are delivered at all times
- Lead, manage, and inspire a kitchen team to perform at their best
- Drive client participation, facilitate client meetings, tastings, and showcases
- Manage costs, grow sales, and deliver GP in line with budget expectations
- Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
About You
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or above
- Strong leadership and people‐management skills
- Commercially focused with experience in driving sales and GP
- Confident, professional, and a natural people person
- Excellent communication and client‐facing skills
- Full driving licence required
