Constellation are on the lookout for enthusiastic, coffee-loving baristas to join our Front of House team and help create memorable moments—one great cup at a time.
Working Pattern: With shifts available across multiple venues 7 days a week, you can work as much or as little as suits you. Total flexibility, your way.
Where You’ll Work: We offer a wide variety of locations, including:

What You’ll Do: As a Barista, you’ll be right at the heart of fast-paced, exciting environments, serving top-quality drinks with confidence and care. Your role will include:
- Cappuccinos
- Lattes
- Flat whites
- Americanos
- Espressos & double espressos
- Mochas
- Hot chocolates & teas
- Steaming and texturing milk to a high standard (including dairy alternatives)
- Serving food and grab-and-go items
- Managing allergens and dietary requirements with care
- Keeping coffee stations clean, stocked, and well-presented
- Delivering warm, friendly service—every time
From early-morning conference rushes to buzzing exhibition days, you’ll help keep guests energised and smiling.
What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for people with the following qualities and experience:
