Shifts Across West London, Hounslow, Slough & Uxbridge

Pay: From £12.76 per hour, paid weekly

Constellation are on the lookout for enthusiastic, coffee-loving baristas to join our Front of House team and help create memorable moments—one great cup at a time.

Working Pattern: With shifts available across multiple venues 7 days a week, you can work as much or as little as suits you. Total flexibility, your way.

Where You’ll Work: We offer a wide variety of locations, including:

  • Schools (DBS required)
  • Corporate workplaces
  • Hospitals (DBS required)
  • Sports venues
  • A range of hospitality and event spaces

What You’ll Do: As a Barista, you’ll be right at the heart of fast-paced, exciting environments, serving top-quality drinks with confidence and care. Your role will include:

  • Cappuccinos
  • Lattes
  • Flat whites
  • Americanos
  • Espressos & double espressos
  • Mochas
  • Hot chocolates & teas
  • Steaming and texturing milk to a high standard (including dairy alternatives)
  • Serving food and grab-and-go items
  • Managing allergens and dietary requirements with care
  • Keeping coffee stations clean, stocked, and well-presented
  • Delivering warm, friendly service—every time

From early-morning conference rushes to buzzing exhibition days, you’ll help keep guests energised and smiling.

What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for people with the following qualities and experience:

  • Friendly, confident people-person with excellent customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Positive team player with a can-do attitude
  • Great attention to detail and pride in drink quality
  • At least 2 months’ barista experience on a manual machine
